Why????

I emailed Kmart and asked them for a list of the participating stores in California that will be doing double coupons next week and below is the response I got. I am absolutely floored. Out of every kmart in California ONLY the stores in the central valley will not be participating. Why? Out of the entire state this is certainly the poorest part of it, but we can't participate? Now I don't mind following the rules but I find it ridiculous that these are the ONLY stores that are not participating. I enourage all my blog readers to please write to kmart and protest this exclusion.

I just got another email from Kmart that basically said better luck next time from my inquiry as to why we are being excluded. Are you kidding me?

Another update:
Below is the latest email. Someone isn't being truthfull here. I was originally told that it was up to the store to participate or not. That Kmart was encouraging everyone to do it, but it was their choice. Now they are making another statement. Not to mention remember when the Clovis Kmart discontinued the promotion in the middle of the week stating they decided not to participate after all?
